These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, including the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny) and applicable European Union law. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.
Consumer users residing in the European Union also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence, regardless of this choice of law.
13Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of this Website, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Email hi@salecki.digital to initiate this process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 calendar days, it shall be resolved by the competent court in Warsaw, Poland. This does not take away a consumer's right, under mandatory law, to bring proceedings before the courts of the country where the consumer lives. Consumers in the European Union can also turn to an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body in their country. In Poland, the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection keeps the register of these bodies at uokik.gov.pl.

salecki.digital may update these Terms at any time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Website after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you don't agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Website.
