Framework

ADAM.

AI, Digital, Automation, Measurement

Most businesses know they need to be more digital. Fewer know where to start. Even fewer can tell you, honestly, where they stand today.

  • ADAM is a diagnostic framework I built from 15 years of working with ambitious companies across Poland and Europe.
  • It maps four pillars of digital and AI readiness, places your organization on a five-level maturity scale, and turns the result into a clear, prioritized action plan.
  • It's not a checklist. It's not a scorecard you fill out and forget. It's a lens for seeing what's actually holding your business back, and what to fix first.
ADAM is the technical operating system for digital growth. Your people are the operators. Without team buy-in, none of these pillars move.

The four pillars

Inside each pillar.

Four letters, four pillars of readiness. Each one is a different kind of work. Here's what each looks like, and what I actually do inside it.

AI

The capability layer. Where intelligence enters the work, through prompts, through models, through agents that decide.

In practice · Custom AI Agents · LLM Integration · Generative Content Pipelines · Predictive Analytics · AI Governance · Rapid Prototyping.

Digital

The platform the rest sits on. Strategy, channels, and data infrastructure working as one engine, not as a folder of subscriptions that share a logo on the procurement page.

In practice · Digital Audits · Growth Strategy · Channel Mix Planning · Vision and Roadmap · Business Alignment · STDC and RACE Workshops.

Automation

The orchestration layer. The connective tissue that turns AI capability and digital tools into work that happens without anyone touching it.

In practice · Workflow Automation · Automated Reporting Pipelines · Lead Routing · Content Publishing · Data Syncing · Tool Integration · Process Automation.

Measurement

The feedback loop that closes the other three. Two halves: system performance and organizational adoption. The pillar that includes the human element.

In practice · Web Analytics Audits · Tag Management (incl. Server-Side) · BI Dashboards · CRO · Behavioral Analytics · KPI Frameworks · Analytics Infrastructure · Performance Evidence.

The scale · five levels

From inert to alive.

Every organization sits somewhere on this scale, often at different levels across different pillars. The goal isn't to reach Level 5 everywhere. It's to know where you are, decide where you need to be, and close the gaps that matter most.

  1. LVL/01

    Reactive

Capability exists because someone bought it once. No owner, no review cadence, no roadmap. Things run on whatever happens to happen, and break the same way.

  2. LVL/02

    Aware

An owner exists on the org chart, but reporting is sporadic and qualitative. Decisions still rely on senior intuition. Procurement happened. Adoption did not.

  3. LVL/03

    Capable

Workflows are documented and outputs are measured. No single person carries the capability alone. Failures become visible before they become expensive.

  4. LVL/04

    Strategic

The capability feeds quarterly planning. Trade-offs are made on its data, and investment decisions cite it explicitly. A roadmap, not a hope.

  5. LVL/05

    Optimized

Improvement cycles are short. The system improves itself through structured experiments. The advantage is the pace, and the pace compounds quarterly.

The process

How I use it.

ADAM isn't a product you buy. It's a diagnostic tool I use to structure every engagement, from a one-day audit to a multi-quarter transformation program.

  • Diagnose. I assess your current level across all four pillars. This usually takes one to two workshops, plus a review of your existing data, tools, and processes.
  • Map the gaps. I identify the biggest gaps between where you are and where you need to be. Not every pillar needs to be at Level 5. The priority is finding the constraints that hold everything else back.
  • Build the roadmap. I deliver a prioritized action plan with clear milestones, resource requirements, and expected impact. No 80-page documents. A working plan you can act on immediately.
  • Execute. Depending on the engagement model, I either hand off the roadmap to your team or stay on to help execute. Most clients choose a combination: strategy from me, execution with their team, and ongoing advisory for the hard decisions.

Whether the engagement is one workshop or a year-long transformation, the steps are the same. ADAM gives us a shared map. What changes is the pace and the depth.
